Orders, items, purchase
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, to replace items, to update prices and conditions. In case the order has been paid, we will make full refund.

Returning an Item
In the event that you are not satisfied with a product/order, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for the price of the product (shipping charges excluded). Please, fill our Return Form and you will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming the status of your claim.

Product Descriptions
We describe our products the best way possible. However, errors, misunderstandings could occur. In such case, please write us an email for replacement or refund.

We are not liable for any financial damage that may occur because of delay or lack of availability of materials or product.

Applicable Law
All offers by Cutzz, your orders, and the agreements between us for the delivery of our services and products are subject to the laws of US. NY court will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between the two parties.
